We do get snow, in our relatively flat Australian Alps, but pretty much nobody lives there just people go to ski around a little bit.
The weather has been pretty agreeable here for the past week though, you're right, 27 - 31c (81 - 88f) and for the most part sunny here in Brisbane.
Where on earth are you enjoying mouth watering lamb?

They're most often called cutlets in Australia, where lamb chops are from the neck or shoulder, typically. But it doesn't matter, and can vary regionally and internationally so it's totally semantics mate.
And they look bloody phenomenal. My mouth is watering just looking at them! Lucky YOU.

It makes sense. Heat likes to go somewhere.
Melting ice and cool water, for example. When ice 'cools something down', it's not the cold transferring to its surrounds but the heat of the surrounds transferring to the ice cube. That is why it melts.

We eat millions of microplastics every day. It's part of nature.

You'rve got that right. Here in Australia it is the predominant radio, by a very long margin, and it's absolute chaos. I swear, some people buy 15W handsets just to scream over the citizen bands.

I didn't think it was very widely available up there in Canada!
I feel like I am enjoying a meal with you, big brother. Heres to you, mate. 🍻
