“Backlash of the media”? Huh? Yes, some providers are hesitant to prescribe stimulants as they can be abused. If you’re walking in to the consultation and demanding prescriptions, might be more of a you problem. Otherwise I second Balance Point.

Dealing with the same issue but not from an LLC. Wouldn’t they need to get their address updated ASAP for IRS/tax purposes? If you bought the house, could you contact the realtor they used to see if they can get in touch with the previous owners?

I’ve only rented through a realtor/property management once, but, I was approved despite being slightly under the 3x income. They also look at credit score, and a multi-member household is generally preferred over a single person renter. I’d say go for it.
