Takes about an hour and a half to get to it. It was the best hike I have done in Boulder so far.

It is awesome! It is really a hike though. It starts off as a walk, but there is some rough terrain for sure.

It was a Saturday, so there were some people there, but it didn't take away from the experience for me. There were a bunch of rock climbers too. I saw 2 people standing on the tippy top of one!

I hope you come see them! You can see them from everywhere in Bolder. You go to Safeway, there they are. You go to Best Buy, there they are.

The air is very dry, but also pretty clean. Be sure to stay hydrated if you come here, and some people are also susceptible to the altitude, and can get headaches.

Just to explain a little bit more about this....
You can see this view on a hike that is easily accessible from downtown Boulder. You start at the base in Chautauqua Park:

Follow the signs for 1st and 2nd Flatirons. The hike does involve about a 1,400 ft ascent, but I think can be done by anyone in decent shape, and if you can handle some uneven terrain/rocks. You get to the tippy top of them!
