I just bought this pack for Switch. Played 2 in the past and liked it, tried 1 and it was good, but the real value was all the DLC for the second game.

The playable characters in 1 are the characters giving you missions in 2. You don’t miss much in terms of story by playing 2 first, and 2 has a much much more detailed story anyway.

There’s no in-game benefit to playing them in order, and honestly you can skip 1 completely, 2 is a better game.

Own it, go right in and say, “Look, I was the guy you cut off this weekend at /location. My adrenaline shot right up and I didn’t realize it was you. It won’t happen again.”

If he says something about not cutting you off, just say you want to move on and forget it happened.

Edit: Here is a state code that may be relevant,

302.3.2 Separated Uses. Each portion of the building shall be individually classified as to use and shall be completely separated from adjacent areas by fire barrier walls or horizontal assemblies or both having a fire-resistance rating determined in accordance with Table 302.3.2 for uses being separated.

  1. check the town or cities website for the noise ordinances. Call at every occurrence outside of allowed hours.

  2. call town and ask for the permitting office. Tell them you believe there is unpermitted work happening and ask if they can stop by to check. There’s likely rules on the books for types of work that can be performed in a mixed use building.

If it’s a workshop, what are they making/repairing/doing? There are rules about material storage, fire prevention, all kinds of health and safety regs.

And what’s your town/city, people here can try to help direct you to the appropriate resource.

The universe is unbelievably vast. There are over 100 billion stars in our Galaxy, and billions of galaxies in the Universe.

The odds are that somewhere out there there is life. In the billions of trillions of planets it’s not just likely but almost certain.

Fun thing about partial ownership. Even if you have 1% ownership in the property you still have full rights to its use the same as the person who owns 99%.

If you want it keep it. Do you think your uncle will leave it to you someday? Or eventually lose it due to end of life costs or leave it to someone else?

Place it in a trust, set up so it passes to you and your brother after your uncle. Have him pay rent to the trust that you collect as beneficiaries.

List the house and let the market decide.

If uncle doesn’t want to list it you tell him it’s $250k or we file a partition action and everyone loses. Though if it is worth $500k, you might do better than what he is offering in the end even with legal costs.
