Never had a sleep paralysis and don't know how it's like but recently i heard a bit of a creak on the chair and felt that someone was there. I made an 0 with my fingers(gottem) and showed it in their direction and the moment i did it i felt a hairy arm on my head. It was not my hair i tested it and i didn't see anyone there.
