Hot Pot is great for the fall/winter seasons! We had some thinly sliced beef belly and thin beef ribeye but that was still in the kitchen being prepared when I took this photo.
Thank you! It was very delicious. No special occasion, but every Sunday we try to have a family meal together. We made an easy chicken stock by simmering down some bones with parsley, onion and celery. Also salt and pepper to taste. We had some spicy sauces and ponzu sauce for dipping the meats and veggies!
