Thank you for typing this up and looking up the numbers and everything, this is exactly the direction where my mind furiously went.
Per capita is the most relevant metric anyway. And we aren’t tied with Seattle there, we beat them lol

I second this! going south can feel like moving back in time at that particular time of year. Bonus with southern New England is you can also go somewhere on the coast.

Philly is so neighborly it reminds me of Vermont which I honestly thought would be impossible for a city to do.
Vermont is extremely neighborly but a lot of that comes from environmental necessity (rural and brutal weather). There’s something about this place.
