It's just an ugly piece of "art." It can mock whatever it wants. It's been mocking the city of Burlington for years. People can make whatever they want, for whatever reasons they espouse. And I'm allowed to say it's fucking stupid. I mean, have you seen that thing in person? It's not worth the time you and I have spent typing about it.
