Yes! That is a great stop on the way. I know OP probably doesn’t have kids but the aquarium was a cool stop and the seaport was great, especially being able to go on the ships and at the time I was there, the old whaling ship they were rebuilding.

Buddy of mine had that problem, had a company come in and install sump pump with weep? system waterproofing etc, they were unbelievable did an AMAZING job, did it in a day $5G pre-covid

Don’t everyone get their knickers in a bunch, all I’m saying is there is a big difference from a recreational fish finder to ocean floor (and whats below it) mapping sonar.

Nope, agree with you, massive amounts of assholes on the road and seems to be way more people as well also seems to have been ever since covid. The main ave in my town is INSANE, never remember it being that way. Anyway, just saying NJ is full of complainers, haha.

So your saying that if you move you will have to pay market rate for an apartment, so right now you are paying under the market rate, why is it not fair for the landlord to ask for market rate? If it was drastically over what everyone else is asking thats something different.
