Using an unoptimized game as an example is not really useful for consumers.
Even a 4070Ti struggles in some cases with that game..and it's a portable PC with a 2020 15W SoC, you won't be smoothly running the most demanding games (and unoptimized games)...period.

You know what ? You are right, please take a look at Star Citizen next to push your "we need an upgrade" point.
For the SD2 proponent, Valve announced that they weren't really looking at an SoC upgrade, focusing more on battery and display for the next revision...they will upgrade once RDNA3 matures (7900XTX is barely out) and that may take years

Rpi shines with software and community support rather than hardware and price imo but, for me, for most Rpi use cases, an alternative board can really do the trick.
Only maybe in robotic/education where you really need strong support for GPIO/sensors libraries you'd be better off with a pi.

Sorry Unreal indeed, I always invert both.

Databricks who created that open source Spark project a startup ? Come on, we've been using it for years.
Epic Games has been around since forever with their unreal Engine and Quake Unreal games etc.
This is a very wrong definition of startup, OP, change the title to privately held 'tech' companies if you want but that's just wrong

I will purchase that next revision 100% then.
a more recent APU (or a finer node) but clocked in a way that would yield the same performance would increase battery life too without having other performance profiles for devs to manage. That could be interesting too

Nearly any controller works with it, it's a PC, I don't really see the point, xbox elite controller, dualsense (or the upcoming DS edge) etc.
I skipped the first SD but I really like what they did. What I'd like for the next one:
- mini-led or OLED
- RDNA3 APU
- slightly improved battery life
- Improvements to the thermal management system for reduced noise and temps (bigger fan, fluid bearing, very efficient thermal paste, vapour chamber etc.)
I don't think, knowing valve, that it's a crazy wishlist and I believe most of those points will be adressed maybe 2024 a new SD will appear who knows

Reply to 1 - Morocco are the first African team to qualify for the semi-final of a World Cup tournament - each of the previous three African sides to reach a quarter-final were all eliminated at this stage (Cameroon in 1990, Senegal in 2002 and Ghana in 2010). Magical. by dragon8811
It's a strong team, period.
They are strong, they have a very good goalkeeper, some of their players play in some of the best clubs, like Ziyech or Hakimi.
So don't speak of miracle or slap on the face, it's a team worthy of losing to, they didn't win by chance 5 times in a row and they have their shot at the world cup.
Now, France it's a very strong team. VERY strong but in Football, especially at that high level, anything is possible :)

Cool reading the comments here I can clearly see it was useful !
And yes 10 sec, it's enough to stop doing that potentially dangerous thing you were doing (for an earthquake) and anticipate life-saving actions.

I think that applies to the surface lineup too, there have been several issues revolving around that lineup too.

Frankly, I think If I wanted a windows pro laptop, I'd pick a DELL XPS (optional touchscreen) not a big fan of dell, especially alienware but they really seem to ace the XPS lines year after year

A shame their "new" OLED gaming monitor is still stuck with a 150nit SDR brightness and a horrid matte coating...that's a new generation MLA OLED seriously ?
