That has to be rough ! Like I’d gladly get a police report if 911 answered & the cops would show up in less than 3+ hours, but sadly that’s not the case. No one has time for the bullshit involved in getting Philly police to respond to a fender bender.

I’ve had arguments with my insurance company over this, because I didn’t have a police report after an accident and they “can’t believe that police don’t respond to accidents”. Umm, im in Philly. I’m lucky if I can get someone to answer when I call 911, let alone come out to the scene of an accident.

My nail salon is in northern liberties and when Girard avenue was shut down in spots, it was a nightmare getting to the salon. You can’t just cut over 1/2 streets as a detour. No streets intersect normally down there. They either weirdly end, turn into one way, etc. I despise circling the block for parking down there because it’s never a circle 🤣
