The answer they gave was the audits. You can find the analyses from the Office of the Controller here. Rhynhart was the Controller from January 1, 2018 to October 25, 2022, so just look through the reports from within those dates.

I believe this would fall under the calls for declaring a state of emergency, to allow for better coordination of city departments. Rhynhart and Domb both called for a state of emergency.

Domb's call was focused on Kensington and drug issues:

Rhynhart's was focused on violent crime: > The current administration hasn’t even declared a crime emergency, which would activate the emergency operations center, bringing together every department in the city.

I think most people don't like Outlaw. This report shows she doesn't know how to run anything, and should be fired.

But Krasner is not any more innocent in his poor leadership of the DAO just because Outlaw is a moron.
