Lived here most of my life, visited many areas along the east coast to the midwest. Haven't seen anything to cause me to move. It's been good to me, and, if you can find a reasonable job, is a great place to be. Changing seasons, decent people, family friendly, lots to do, low cost of living, proximity to many larger cities. Like anywhere, it is what you make of it. I don't need constant urban stimulation in my life, anymore that I need total isolation. We don't really care what the rest of the state thinks of us, as it's usually wrong, when they bother to pay attention at all.

My propane company charges a delivery surcharge when the tank isn't "sufficiently" empty (less than a certain amount purchased). Also, it's nice to plan for a bill that will run from a couple hundred to a couple thousand dollars. I don't have a contract, as I own the tank, so your experience may differ.

I doubt a call would be made or necessary. License records are computerized and available 24/7 to qualified agencies. The documents you have will streamline things considerably. Just go to your driver license center. I'm told it is not anything like the California DMV experience.

I don't believe you'll have a problem with reduced value, given lack of collision damage and good condition. Someone might try to "use" it during negotiations, but it's realistically not a big deal. Good luck!

It's possible, but not likely. New car dealerships In particular basically give a lowball trade price based on book value and general condition. They may not even run a carfax, unless it's new enough and low mileage enough for them to put it on their lot. Of course, trading it in with a broken window and defeated ignition is different than a fully repaired vehicle.
