Your wording makes it look like you think only super marbled stuff is wagyu meat.

Wrong. You can have carpaccio or any other raw beef food with A5 and it’s delicious and not a criminal way to eat it. Also wagyu is just a breed (和牛literally means japanese style cow) and the marbling decides the quality.
